The Helix is a place for everyone, including your pets.

Dogs are welcome

The new pathways at the Helix are perfect for dog-walking, so come and try them out. The paths have been designed to improve the connections between local places including Grangemouth, Beancross, Polmont, Lower Braes, Laurieston and Westquarter; Falkirk, Bainsford, Langlees, and Larbert.

There are lots of great areas for dog walking across the Helix - have a look at the Helix Map to see whats on offer.

All of the key paths are lit, ideal for that essential evening walk.

Keep it clean

Remember that it is your responsibility to clean up after your dog. Be considerate to other path users. Bins are provided in prominent places.

Ride your horse responsibly

If you are riding on pathways in the Helix, please follow the Scottish Outdoor Access Code. You'll find all you need to know on the British Horse Society Scotland website.
