Contracts and Procurement

The Helix is a publicly funded project and as such is subject to Public Procurement and OJEU (European) requirements.

Contracts will be advertised, pre-qualification processes applied and tenders issued.

The Public Contracts Scotland website will be used to advertise smaller works packages.
